We specialize in parking based development, public private ventures, parking planning, parking economics and financial advising.

The Lansing Melbourne Group LLC (LMG) was formed in 2003 in response to the partners’ desire to provide detailed, creative products and solutions for our clients in an intimate and manageable environment. As a small firm, the Principals have direct hands-on impact on every project and with every client. LMG is most interested in highly demanding and unique projects located in urban locations, including downtowns, hospitals, medical centers, universities and other institutional and campus-scale settings. We specialize in providing boutique, niche services specifically related to transportation and parking advising, public private venture planning, parking economics and financial advising. LMG teams with like-minded creative firms across the country such as Wachovia Capital Markets-Wells Fargo, The Carlyle Group, GE Capital, Parsons-Brinkerhoff, Desman Associates, Fortress Investments and Urban America to provide state-of-the-art and unique solutions.

Things are moving along at Hyatt Studios! Grading is underway and we’re starting to pour concrete for the foundations. Utility work is also progressing as we work toward our Fall 2027 opening!

This revitalization includes tuckpointing the original masonry and stonework, refreshing the building while preserving the character and details that make it unique.

Our proposed Hartnett development is moving another step forward as the Manchester Planning Board continues reviewing plans for Hartnett!

The vision includes 196 residential units, commercial space, a new 330-space parking garage, and a thoughtfully designed 16-story building that will add new life and energy to downtown Manchester.

We’re excited to lead the conversation about Manchester’s future and to see the community engaged in shaping what comes next!

A few snapshots from our recent team trip to New Hampshire! ✈️

We spent some time exploring Portsmouth, celebrated Amy our Director of Design's birthday with dinner at Bravo Restaurant NH and stayed at one of our own projects, Tru by Hilton It was a great few days of catching up, spending time together, and enjoying everything New Hampshire has to offer.
