TIME is such an interesting concept
In some cases it flies by without even noticing
In other moments it seems like minutes last for hours
Why is that? I mean, there’s 60 seconds in every minute… And 60 minutes in every hour…
So what changes? It’s our perception of it!
And our perception is influenced by the emotions we experience in the actual moment
That’s why « time flies when you’re having fun »
On the other end, when you’re submerged in 35degree water… Well it tends to slow the f**k down 😅
So what’s my takeaway from this late night philosophical reflection? 🧐
As abstract as the concept of time can be, it’s solely influenced by our emotions
There’s a lot of things we can’t control in this World, but one thing we can control… is how we choose to experience it
Cause if there’s one thing that is sure about Time… is that we can never get it back
So let’s live fully!
