Before we share the food, the laughter, and the moments from our Summer Retreat, we're starting with the people who make ILD Coach what it is.

This year's theme was “Let's Get Cooking” — and while we spent the day cooking together, the real focus was connection.

Stepping away from the day-to-day gave us the chance to slow down, have meaningful conversations, laugh together, and strengthen the relationships that make our team stronger.

Because great work starts with great people.

Our Summer Retreat brought the ILD Coach-Innovative Leadership Development team together around the table at Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen — and reminded us that some of the most meaningful connections happen when we simply make space for them.

Cooked together.
Learned together.
Laughed together.

And we connected meaningfully.

Because our work is about developing people, strengthening leaders, and creating meaningful change — and that starts with how we show up for one another.

On Thursday, March 26, our President Natalie Bruno had the opportunity to present to the Rotary Club of Indian Land Professional Development Division, sharing insights from the TERA Model and how leaders can foster physiological safety within their teams.

A special thank you to Carol McCrorey for making the connection and joining Natalie for the evening. The session also welcomed a college class who sat in on the discussion, creating a dynamic learning environment for both emerging and experienced leaders.
