Wolf Waste is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work outdoors. As a locally owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned company, we've proudly served Morgan County for over 20 years, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in providing outstanding customer service and being part of a great team.

What you'll do:
🗑️ Ride and assist on residential and commercial collection routes
💪 Lift up to 75 lbs. and safely handle carts, cans, and dumpsters
🚚 Help with container deliveries, repairs, and maintenance
🔧 Assist with truck and equipment maintenance
😊 Provide friendly, professional customer service every day

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office management skills, proficient computer literacy, and exceptional customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

To thrive in this role, you must be able to work well without supervision, have organizational skills that allow you to stay focused on differing tasks, and use your time and energy effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications

· A minimum of 5 years recent experience in a professional office setting
· An intimate knowledge of Morgan County and the surrounding areas
· Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
· Impeccable integrity with a spotless background check

Knowledge, skills and abilities required

· Excellent computer skills, to include Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe
· Pleasant telephone and face-to-face demeanor
· Quick learner for industry-specific software programs for billing, fleet tracking, etc.
· Very good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Intermediate bookkeeping skills
· Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone system, scanners, and copiers

Primary Responsibilities

· Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and business information
· Daily interaction with customers, vendors and drivers
· Answering telephone, open, sort and distribute incoming mail and e-mails
· Set up new clients, process payments daily to include electronic charges
· Plan, organize and dispatch roll off services, deliveries and removals
· Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, mailing and filing
· Maintain accounts receivables including late notices/pre-collection letters
· Reconcile monthly statements to specific receipts
· Track mileage and fuel records for Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance
· Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, letters and financial statements
· Post charges to customer from route sheets and add/remove necessary route notes daily and maintain roll off and delivery/removal board

This position provides a dynamic work environment where organizational excellence and professional communication are valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency while delivering outstanding support to clients and team members alike.
