I am always trying to learn more, for myself, and my clients,,, I am currently taking a course and they say to never assume your clients know your business lingo or terminology. Do you have any commercial real estate terms that you aren't sure what it means? CAM, NOI, CAP rate, NNN etc? If you don't want to ask on the page, go ahead and PM me.

So the CRE Concierge team got 3 listings today and is on the verge of 5 more! These five would have been done deals today but we won’t take a listing at a price that is unsellable. The sign is not always worth a client that will be unhappy due to there unrealistic expectations!
