While the Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency works tirelessly to revitalize SWFL, we spent a day helping them revitalize themselves and their team.

Set against the inspiring backdrop of ECHO Farms, we explored the power of nature to shift perspective and cultivate a healthy, adaptive mindset. Together, we moved from resisting change to embracing it, learning to pivot, adjust plans, and lead with intention.

By the end of the day, this incredible team wasn’t just a group of leaders—they became a WE. 🌱

Had the amazing opportunity to work with local SWFL leaders at Children’s Advocacy of SWFL to realign their leadership goals and finish 2025 strong!

We brought nature into the office—literally! By incorporating nature-inspired elements into our training with the help of .growing, we created a fresh space for reflection and perspective-shifting.
This unique approach helped leaders reconnect with their core purpose and realign their vision for the future.
