It is that time of year again.

With the heat index being 110 F, PLEASE try to stay indoors from the hours of 11 to 6 (or 7).

As always, Management is looking out for her customers that are on property this time of day.

FYI-Here is a handy guide in case you are outside & start feeling bad from the heat.

Let's congratulate our customers of the month, Rob, his wife Annika and their pup Apple.

Rob & Annika have been renting with us for MANY years & have been some of the best customers we have had.
This month they won 99 Red Balloons (or in Annika's native language, 99 Luftballons).

We love y'all! Thank you for your continuous & faithful business.
