Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Large business center seeking qualified individual for a full time Maintenance Personnel position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Electrical: resetting breakers, checking outlets, light bulbs, etc.

· Carpentry: Floor installation, replacement and repair

· Basic HVAC: Filters & function checks

· Plumbing: Removing & installing toilets, sinks, general knowledge of plumbing, diagnosis/intervention of issues

· Painting

· General grounds maintenance: including picking up trash & debris from parking lots and entry ways

· Drywall repairs

In addition, maintenance technicians will be responsible for general upkeep of the main corridors of the center, parking lot, perimeter of building, and miscellaneous upkeep of units (occupied and unoccupied) within the center. Potential candidates must be/have:

· Proactive and take initiative.

· Able to work alone, or with others.

· Lift and /or carry 50lbs

· Frequently bend and reach items at various heights.

· Standing/walking for majority of shift

· Strong written and oral communication skills.

· Strong organizational and planning abilities.

· Able to delegate time and complete tasks within timely manner.

· Valid Driver’s License

· Able to pass background and drug screening
