In 1985, the Renaissance Business Park (RBP) opened as a shopping mall in Fort Pierce, Florida. For some time, RBP was operated as a retail shopping center to service the local community. After undergoing new ownership, RBP was reinvented as a large business center. After seeing the need for call center accommodations, the decision was made to target the local businesses. With exceptional square f

ootage options, RBP became the home to many long term tenants. After the hurricanes that hit the Treasure Coast in the early 2000's, RBP went under renovations to repair and improve the center that's standing today. The new management team has put together their efforts to continue improving the center in order to meet the standards of today's design. With the second phase of new construction beginning, RBP is on it's way to welcome 2 new long term tenant to the village of professionals here. Our active tenants are as follows:
