My name is Stephanie Landon and I am coming to you in June as your newest Postpartum Doula ! I am a NICU RN of over 8 years, a mother of 2 💙💜 & Aviation Army Wife ! My passion stems from my years as a NICU nurse and helping educate parents on how to care for their baby at home !

I am well aware of what it’s like to not have an extensive village from being separated from extended family and and I know how important it truly is. I am here to be your
VILLAGE !

I am SO EXCITED to be apart of your community and to start connecting with all of you expecting moms and dads !

If you are NOT familiar with what a Postpartum Doula’s role is I would love to have a conversation on how my services can benefit you. To scratch the surface, a postpartum doulas role is to bridge the gap of hospital and home life in order to make your fourth trimester the absolute best it can be!

Always , Always , Always.

In my opinion, the greatest honor I have as a doula is coming into your home at your most vulnerable time and having the privilege to encourage, empower and watch you THRIVE as a new mom.

It is EQUALLY if not more a privilege to walk through the “tough” with you and I take it so seriously that you entrust me with your thoughts and feelings. You are always in a safe place with me as your doula 💜

💤 SLEEPY SCARIES !! 👻

Do you DREAD nighttime and the THOUGHT of how much sleep you are NOT going to get with your new baby ?

Are you “much better” once the sun comes up and get through the day just to find the next evening unfortunately rolls around and here we go again!?

This cycle is so detrimental to your mental and physical health and can majorly increase risk for postpartum depression and anxiety !

What if I told you I could maybe not take away all anxiety but help make a plan to enjoy evenings more and maybe even give complete reprieve a couple nights a week?

Postpartum Doula works has a HUGE focus on rest and support for mother and I am here to tell you the sleepy scaries do not have to overtake your joy in this phase !

LONG TIME NO POST !?

Hello Everyone- After what seems like a FOREVER long hiatus from "doula work" due to travel and making sure my own family has been well cared for I am back on , refreshed and SO READY to help those of you who are expecting OR are maybe in the thick of your postpartum period !

I am so passionate about this work. I live and breathe to help moms THRIVE during this period and look back on their time and feel so confident about themselves as mothers and family units (I'm here for the dads/siblings too 😉 )

LIMITED TIME OFFER!

I have had multiple people reach out from all different areas in motherhood, wanting more information about re-organizing their nursery,  needing help with house work in the Postpartum period and I want to be able to offer help to as many mamas as I can and so for this time I am offering small 10 HOUR CONTRACTS (1 week) to help you get a little bit of a reset, going in to pop in for some good education and maybe helping you figure out the next phase of newborn life!


This contract is a very low commitment and is always available for an extension given I have availability!

We’re sizing Sweet CC up to 0-3 month clothes and reorganizing this girls dresser !!

Newborn tote all folded and put away! Bittersweet but so thankful to be able to help momma get this done before our contract ends !

Insurances need to cover Doulas, we need MUCH longer PAID maternity leave, cheaper QUALITY childcare & …… did I mention doulas ?! ;)

Good Afternoon Mamas !

I’m popping in just to re-introduce to you all who I am and a little bit of what I do !

My name is Steph Landon and I am your local (& only to my knowledge 😆) Postpartum Doula !
I have seen so many new faces on these pages and also have noticed a large number of you preparing for birth or just having delivered !

In short, I am a NICU RN of 8 years and momma of 2 ! After taking care of 100s of babies and having very rough postpartum periods with my two I found an underlying passion for education and loving on postpartum/NICU moms ! I am here to be an extension of your village and to ensure that you can look back on your postpartum period with immense satisfaction/joy and confidence !
