At Pinnacle In-Home Care, teamwork and community matter 💙

Sara, our RN, had the opportunity to meet with Heather Friery at Encompass Health to discuss working together to better support clients in the River Valley.

We are excited to partner alongside their team to help clients transition home safely, receive the support they need, and assist with rehab referrals when appropriate. We look forward to building this partnership and serving our community together!
