Please check your tank percentage! We are getting way too many calls with everyone on 0%. Any calls after 4:30pm is considered an EMERGENCY and the $100 fee will apply.

If you can, check your relatives tanks and elders too. We do not want anyone without heat! Stay safe and warm out there!

Remember to apply for LIHEAP. You do need to reapply every year starting in October. Stay warm!

If you haven't downloaded our Nee-Vo app on your phone yet, please do so. Call the office for your activation code afterwards. It is a more convenient way to keep an eye on your propane percentage.

If you do not have a monitor on your tank, call the office and we can help 766-1070.

And for everyone that is on the list this week and will be put on the list , MAKE SURE YOUR DRIVEWAY IS CLEANED OUT AND THEIR IS A PATH TO YOUR TANKS . IT IS NOT MY DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY TO WALK OVER SNOWDRIFTS TO GET TO YOUR TANKS . IF IT IS NOT CLEANED OUT YOU WILL NOT GET PROPANE. SPIRIT LAKE CASINO WILL CLEAN UP TO THE TANK FOR 100.00

Just a reminder if you need propane
Please call the office 701-766-1070 and leave a. message or call 701-381-2278
DO NOT TEXT ME OR USE MESSENGER
THATS MY OWN PERSONAL USE
IF YOU DO AND DO NOT GET PROPANE
NOT MY FAULT . IVE SAID IT BEFORE .
And if you call after 2:00 p.m you will be put on the next 2 delivery dates , if you run out no guarantee he will get to you the same day . If you notice you have a little white antenna on your tank please call the office to get your code for that tank so you can download it to your phone and you can monitor your tank from your phone . Its your responsibility to make sure you call in at 20% and not run out .

ONCE AGAIN!.. PEOPLE
If you plan on getting propane,
It is your responsibility to move the snow so my driver can get to your tank . If he pulls up and it has not been cleaned out up to the propane tank you WILL NOT!!! Get propane until the next business day !! Thats if it is cleaned out . So please people take this seriously, and do your part in cleaning the snow up to the tank .
