I literally have performed CPR on two individuals on the work floor of an Adjusting firm. One did not survive. It takes guts, determination, and brevity to be an Adjuster. It also takes skill and organization. The ability to have a birds-eye view into claims and being able to create and implement my own systems is how I have survived the brutal world of Independent Adjusting.

The launch is finally here ...

My daughter and I are finally ready to open the virtual doors our Adjuster's Bootcamp Workshop 101. (Believe it, or not, we have 30 years of Adjusting between us.)

For a very short time, we are offering scholarships. The first slots have been filled, and we are very close to capacity; however, we have decided we will provide a few more scholarships. Message us with your name and email.

The first Bootcamp workshop will be this Sunday at 2:30 PM CST. This one will only be for an hour especially since it's Superbowl Sunday, and then we'll schedule the other workshops for the upcoming weeks.

Here's all that will be in the workshops ...

We are going over: resume-building, hiring-marketing tactics, licensing, certifications, policy interpretations, letter writing from scratch (including denials with policy wording), claim processing A to Z (including supplements, depreciation math, and making payments); talking points with insureds, agents, contractors, attorneys; organizing tactics, commonly used templates, scripts, Glossary of terms, etc.

This initial part of the workshop is mostly for Desk Adjusting, although Field Adjusters may find it interesting, too.

Eventually, we will be having workshops on Auto, Bodily Injury, Liability, Litigation, Xactimate and Symbility (estimating software), and more.

We will possibly close the scholarships after Sunday. This is a 6-figure industry with remote as well as in-person jobs. There are licensing and certifications to be obtained, but we'll help bridge the know-how on all of that. With our help, you can literally be ready to start in a matter of a few weeks. We just ask that you send us your honest feedback via video recording after the workshops.
