Philadelphia continues to lead the nation in fair hiring reform. With new amendments to its Fair Criminal Record Screening Standards Ordinance (FCRSSO)—better known as the Philadelphia Fair Chance Hiring Ordinance—the city has expanded protections for job applicants with criminal records.

This was an excellent opportunity for Chamber members to network in this beautiful space and learn more about Fred Beans’ dealerships.
