Ten Tips for Men and Women to do while you are Home

1) Exercise (Walk through your home or go for a walk, do some sit-ups or crunches, move your neck from left, right, up and down, stretch your body – keeps us flexible).
2) Hydrate your body – Drink a minimal of 8 glasses of water daily, or hot ginger tea (lemon).
3) Call the elderly, your neighbors, friends you haven’t spoken to in a while.
4) Work on your taxes (Don’t wait until for July 15th)
5) Give yourself a facial, moisturize those hands and feet.
6) Grab a jar and write something every day 0n why you are GRATEFUL and put it in the jar (I started mind “Grateful Jar” in January 2020.
7) Give your closet a makeover (I did my walk-in closet, yes it took a lot of time, but it’s DONE)
8) Sign up for a Luminosity account and play a couple of brain games.
9) Grab a card and send your parents a handwritten note. They will love it!!!
10) Meditate (Just be still)
