A new piece from CMC's Shaun Loyer makes a compelling case: energy efficiency isn't just a complement to electrification - it's the key to making it equitable.

This month, we’re proud to highlight Steven Pecci, Quality Assurance Inspector II based in Massachusetts.

With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and multiple BPI certifications (BA-T, BA-P), Steven plays a key role in ensuring energy-efficiency and direct-install upgrades are done right—verifying quality, documenting findings, and always looking for ways to add value for our customers.

Beyond the field, Steven brings the same dedication to his passion for sea kayaking—having circumnavigated Manhattan, paddled to the Isles of Shoals, and crossed Vineyard Sound.
