Recently, there have been statements shared publicly regarding our agency. While we understand that emotions can run high in difficult situations, we are not able to discuss any specific client or staffing matter due to strict privacy and confidentiality requirements.
We do not terminate caregivers without cause. When concerns arise related to caregiver conduct, compliance with agency policies, or the safety and quality of care being provided, we are required to take appropriate action.
Our team also regularly supports families beyond direct care, including assisting with coordination, documentation, and appeals when appropriate. That work is part of how we help clients navigate complex care systems.
Care needs and circumstances can change over time. When that occurs, we are required to evaluate whether we can continue to safely provide services within our licensed scope. If we are not able to safely meet a clientโs needs, we initiate a structured transition process to help connect them with appropriate care options.
When there is a concern that an individual may be left without supervision or support, we are required to take immediate steps to ensure safety.
These decisions are never made lightly. They are guided by safety, compliance, and our responsibility to provide appropriate and ethical care.
