As a Caregiver, you will help someone to stay independently living at home with a high quality of life by assisting them with activities of daily living. This means something different for each client, but our scope of care includes things like companionship, medication reminders, light exercise, help preparing meals, assistance showering or getting dressed, or light housekeeping. As a caregiver, you will not provide medical care, perform home maintenance, or heavy lifting.
As a Caregiver, you are responsible for demonstrating a high level of integrity and a positive attitude at all times. You must have a great work ethic, understanding that being mentally, emotionally, and physically present and punctual for scheduled shifts is essential. An ideal candidate is someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and has a servant's heart.
