We’ve utilized pocket doors to a create seamless feel and maximize space in the suite—flowing from the bathroom to the closet and then finally to the laundry room. Check out the progress at this awesome addition! Flowing from the existing sunroom, we’ve created a breezeway that connects the old part of the home to the new golf simulator lounge! The ultimate entertaining zone will feature the simulator space as well as a mini bar, seating area and lots of intentional storage. Stay tuned as we move through mechanicals and more details come together!

We removed 100 truck loads of dirt to maximize this backyard and create incredible walk out basement! With a deck above and a patio below—these wooded views will always stay just like this! No backyard neighbors. Listening to the birds. A beautiful view in all 4 seasons. Deer or wild turkeys passing by, yet still in the heart of Fort Wayne! Thank you to LandArt for helping us transform this lot into something really special.
