We are thrilled to officially introduce Hannah Shoue as our new Grant Strategy Specialist. Hannah joined us in 2026, bringing a wealth of experience in securing vital funding for nonprofit missions.

Before joining Petra, Hannah served as the Grant Manager for YWCA Northeast Indiana. In that role, she gained in-depth experience in both foundation and government grant management, successfully helping the organization secure millions of dollars in funding.

Hannah’s Professional Expertise:

Certified Grant Writer: Hannah has been working in the field since 2020 and became certified through Learn Grant Writing in 2022.

Community Leadership: She is a founding member of the Grant Professionals Network of Northeast Indiana and a 2024 graduate of YWCA USA’s Emerging Leaders program.

Academic Background: Hannah holds a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Purdue University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Theological Studies from Wesley Seminary.

At Petra Solutions, Hannah will be a key partner for our clients, supporting the Petra Grant Life Cycle™ through expert grant writing, logic model development, and funder relationship strategy. The first of three Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamps kicks off tomorrow!

Fort Wayne is one of just 30 cities nationwide selected to host the Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp for High School Students — a free, hands-on program introducing teens to Generative AI concepts, tools, and responsible use.

The bootcamps take place simultaneously across the country — from Hawaii to New York, California, to right here in Indiana — uniting a new generation of AI learners under one national initiative.
