On April 26th, the employees of the Richard Lugar Safe Haven for Veterans, a 25-bed facility providing services for homeless veterans, had a short training program on bed bugs from BBD Operations Manager David Moellering. The program was followed by a lengthy Q & A session. Congratulations to them - they now are more informed about bed bugs, how to recognize the problem and how to effectively deal with it.
