iLove Home Care is seeking a passionate, self-motivated and experienced branch manager to join our team. Agency is fairly new to the Indy area so home care supervision experience is a MUST.
Job Description

1. Branch Manager oversee services provided to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other infliction. Home care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship and respite,

2. Office Manager ensures that employees deliver services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.

3. Responsible for actively engaging in business development activities and meeting targeted growth initiatives dictated by the president and overseen by the Executive Director and President

4. Maintaining and keeping up to date all Client intake and Conducting Client service plan

5. Ensuring staff orientation and continuous training in accordance with state and agency policies

Must have 1 or more years of experience in home care and 1 or more years of experience in a supervision role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Must be able to lead medical teams and communicate properly with Nurses, LPNs, and other members of the team to ensure the highest quality of care to our patients. Must be in good standing with Indiana State Nursing Credentials, a minimum of 2 years working with seniors, 4 years supervising and must be able to work flexible schedule as needed.
