I found people.
I found belief.

After more than 20 years in retail, I had become used to the burnout.

The long hours.
The pressure.
The targets.
The feeling of being replaceable.

You work hard.
You sacrifice time with your family.
You miss important moments.
And somehow, you still feel unseen.

Then five years ago, my life changed.
