David Taffet is to executive coaching as Simone Biles is to gymnastics. It’s just a whole ‘nother level. Yeah, we said it. 🙌

While many choose to stay silent, Christie, JukeStrat’s co-founder and activist-in-residence, was interviewed about how she took a different approach. When faced with a toxic employee in her previous role, she decided to create such a positive culture that the toxic vibe couldn’t survive! The employee left and the department transformed overnight.
