Patriot Security Group is a joint venture by Matthew Lee, Dave Harding, and Jay Dill. The three met while volunteering for their church and found that each had a calling to serve others through providing protection and security of persons and property. Dave is in charge of all sales and marketing and is involved in hiring and scheduling of all new guards. He is also in charge of all training activ

ities with guidance from Matthew Lee. Matthew Lee is the Security Manager and will be in charge of all Post Orders and providing direction to all security activities. Jay Dill is in charge of accounting, payroll, and other business affairs. All three managers are licensed Level 3 or 4 Private Security Guards in the state of Texas. He joined Sheepdog Security Group in January of 2020 and has provided scheduling and leadership for a security team at a church since that time. In this role he guides both licensed guards and volunteers in providing security services for the church. He is a Licensed Level 3 and Level 4 Security Officer. He is also a Certified Fi****ms instructor. Matthew Lee-Matthew is the owner of Patriot Alarms since 2012. He has also been a manager since 2015. Jay Dill-Jay is a former Police Officer that has spent the last 22 years working in telecom for a fortune 50 Telecommunications provider. He has led multiple teams including security teams providing services to his facilities. He has volunteered on multiple church Security teams and is currently a licensed Level 3 Security Officer.
