Empowering families to effectively navigate, strategize, and maximize resources by providing specialized one-on-one or group sessions, consultations, and training. Many if not all of our supports abruptly stopped, resources strained to meet complex needs of our children and the full-time structured paid system of education closed indefinitely. As a mother of special needs children, I too have had
to learn how to help my child while processing diagnosis, working full-time and caring for my family. My goal is to empower parents to effectively navigate, strategize, and maximize resources. I have over 150 hours of professional training, state certification in Special Education, over nine years of active experience (both personally and professionally) and 12+ year career in the banking industry. Navigating 15+ team members including; doctors, therapy providers, teachers, insurance representatives, community support, volunteers and a host of others. Maximizing resources both inside and outside of the school system is imperative to the development of our children. Adulthood will be here before you know it! Let us work alongside you individually or in group form. Whether it is walking together through your IEP line by line, using it's components to negotiate for what you desire or identifying various options we are here to help. We offer other services including knowing how to use and understand insurance plans, budgeting, finding resources in your area, etc. Here to empower. Transition starts at diagnosis.
