We had one of the hardest months ever in our business last month…and yet we still filled the seats in our Profitable Pipelines coaching program. How did we do it? Culture, character, customer service. The way you treat your customers when things aren’t going well and they’re (understandably) upset, says so much about the culture of your company. So 2021 is officially halfway over and you know what that means?
It's the half-time baby! What does every good sports team do during half-time? Reevaluate what's working well and where you need to adjust.

Here's what I'm doing this week to make the second half of the year even better than the first:
1. Reviewing what habits were working well for me and which ones I need to change/improve
2. Reassessing my job to refine who I want to serve and how I want to serve them
3. Renewing my commitment to stick to my office hours and boundaries.
