For the past two years, Dr. Suzette Clarke has taken donated eosera® EAR WAX MD® products with her on an annual medical mission trip to Belize, helping treat children and adults experiencing earwax impaction. This summer, Dr. Clarke shared she treated more than 1,000 patients in just a few days with these drops!

Please help us welcome Carolyn Phillips, eosera's new Chief of Staff!

Carolyn joins us from HF Custom Solutions, where she served as Chief Revenue Officer, and she knows what it takes to build a consumer brand — she founded Alchemy Pops, the Fort Worth artisan frozen pop company. She's a 2019 Tory Burch Fellow, a 2025 Fort Worth Inc. 40 Under 40 honoree, and a two-time Fort Worth Inc. Entrepreneur of Excellence finalist in 2025 and 2026.

She's also a true Fort Worth community leader, having served with United Way of Tarrant County and the Foundation for the Young Women's Leadership Academy of Fort Worth.
