Fort Worth has a way of doing business that is different from many other places. We lead with building strong relationships, not closing transactions. We build trust first, then look for opportunities.

We care first.

That mentality is starting to slip away.

There are several reasons for the shift. Busyness has become a drug of choice. The lie goes "When you are busy, then it means you are successful." But that’s not true.

People have moved into Fort worth from out of state. The people from other states have not had the privilege of living in a trust fueled city before. So they are changing the fabric of FW from the inside.

The world has become impatient. The internet, smart phones, and social media have re-trained our brains to want results right now. The average attention span of people has reduced from about 12 seconds in 2000 to under 8 seconds in a 2020 study. That’s a 25% reduction in ability to focus in 20 years - YIKES!

So we are taking back our ground.

Fort Worth has become THE place to move to for business BECAUSE OF the way we build relationship. But many people don’t know that.

So we have to do two things in the near future to keep Fort Worth great. We need to build community that values trust and genuine relationships.

And we need to focus our daily business activities on only the priorities. That’s how we make time for the relationships. They need the time to sit, and mature. That’s how great business relationships are grown.
