Big shout out to Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Assn. and agrilife.sheep.goat for putting on the Stockman’s Sale this weekend. Wide range of breeding stock to meet the needs of a diverse sheep and goat industry. Solar grazers leaned heavy on sheep with parasite resistance data.

Our leadership team spent the week in Washington DC representing Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Assn. We met with congressional office representatives about issues and opportunities facing the small ruminant industry and solar grazing. A busy time in the capital, yet dozens of offices made time to sit down and talk. They all listened to our needs and optimistic that action will be taken to help the security of our industries.

Our Co-Founder and VP of Agrivoltaics, Reid Redden, was honored with the 2026 Industry Innovation Award at the American Sheep Industry Association’s annual convention in Reno this weekend.

This award is a testament to the hard work and unwavering dedication of our leadership team has for the sheep industry. It also highlights the boundless opportunities that solar grazing presents for sheep ranchers seeking to expand their operations and contribute significantly to the solar industry.

We are thrilled to be a part of this transformative movement that is shaping the future of the sheep industry through solar grazing.
