Overnight Berry Parfait
(1 purple, 1 red, 1 yellow)(21 day fix code)

-1 purple container fresh or frozen berries
-1 red container plain Greek yogurt
-1 yellow container raw oats or low sugar granola
-Optional: stevia, cinnamon
Layer ingredients in a Mason jar and enjoy! This breakfast is portable, and easy to prep a few jars and keep them in the fridge. If you’re using frozen berries they’ll infuse your parfait with juice as they de-frost in the fridge overnight

Frozen grapes taste like bite size sorbet

It doesn't always have to be gourmet sometimes it just needs to be Fill(et) (lol) quick,easy and Filling!! but still aligned with your goals!:)
