Alongside P2F conversions, Aspire MRO is an FAA and EASA 145 certified provider of widebody heavy maintenance.

Heavy maintenance is the most comprehensive type of check in commercial aviation. It's not routine servicing — it's a full structural inspection of an aircraft: fuselage, wings, load-bearing elements. Corrosion is identified and repaired. Expiring parts are replaced. Cabin interiors are refurbished. The entire aircraft is inspected, and fixes are implemented.

It takes thousands of hours, deep technical expertise, and a facility built for it.

If it's widebody, we can handle it.

Last month, we opened our hangar doors to students from AIM (Aviation Institute of Maintenance) Dallas — and it was a great day.

Aspire's own Keland Fielding, an A&P Supervisor here and AIM Dallas alumnus, helped lead the visit. Watching students who are just beginning their journey in aviation walk the same floor where he now leads a team — that's the kind of full-circle moment that doesn't get old.

The students got an up-close look at widebody maintenance and P2F conversion work in progress. Real aircraft. Real work. Real careers.

Thanks to AIM Dallas for bringing the next generation to us. We're already looking forward to the next visit.

When a passenger aircraft reaches the end of its commercial life in the cabin, that doesn't mean it's done flying.

A Passenger to Freighter (P2F) conversion gives widebody aircraft a second career — as a cargo hauler. The seats come out, a cargo door is cut in, and a full loading system is retrofitted. The result is a certified freighter ready for another 10 to 15 years of productive service.

For airlines and fleet operators, it's a way to unlock new revenue from an aging asset — rather than retiring it.
