So the shoot today was supposed to be centered around an entirely different theme. But I found this 1930s doll in my parents garage today and we ran with it. It's a little dark, yes. Interpret it as you may, I will explain my view as an artist when I complete the edits.

I posted this on my personal page earlier, I don't know why I didn't put it up on here as well. But! This image of me was taken by my THREE year old son Carter with my Canon Rebel T3i & 50mm lens. I'm sure I'm a little prejudice already because he's my child, but I can't stop staring at it, I'm amazed by his ability to see and catch me at just the right moment. I am not photogenic at all, in front of a camera I am easily the most awkward person I could be, I work my magic behind the lens. But I love this picture, it's how my son sees me, and it fills my heart with joy.

Sneak peek of today's shoot with Pearl! So many beautiful shots to edit. I can't wait to get through them all! I always forget just how passionate I am for this until I'm on location, camera in hand. I feel so blessed to be able to do what I truly love. There is no better feeling in this world. Thank you Pearl, Carla, and Duane for making this possible for me today, and for helping remind me just how much I love shooting!
As always thank you all for the constant love and support. It means more than you could ever realize.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances this is my only source of income at the moment. That being said to welcome new clients I am offering some specials. $40 Mini shoots; 30 minute shoot, 5-10 HR images on disk.
$80 full shoots; 1 hour shoot, 10-25 HR images on disk.
$120 plus shoot; up to 2 hours shooting time, unlimited outfit changes, expedited turnover for your images with 20-30 HR images on disk.
