Phase 1 investments and Riverbend Plaza welcomes new business Condor Coffee Co.
’The Coffee Bean’ - coffee shop.

It'll be a new start up for Ms Johana which is from Columbia, S. America. She has worked and managed corporate coffee shops for some time. Austin, her fiancé which is of great help in more ways than one. He’s an attorney so he handels the administrative aspects of their business. Both are easy to work with - nice people - which is not usually the case.
We wish them the best and a long, profitable
venture.
