This photo was taken during one of the scariest, most exhilarating weeks of my life. It was the week I walked away from the security of my full-time job to pursue a calling I could no longer ignore, stepping fully into private practice. I had no roadmap, no solid support system in Dallas, and absolutely no guarantee that it would work.
But I had faith.
And I had fire.
I was filled with excitement and hope, even though I had no idea what I was doing. What I didn’t expect was the silent resistance that comes when you start chasing something bigger. When you decide to grow, not everyone claps. Some stay still… and some start to resent the version of you that no longer fits their comfort zone.
Looking back at this photo, I barely recognize her, not because she wasn’t strong, but because she had no idea just how strong she would have to become.
These past six years have stretched me, refined me, and taught me more than any degree or business plan ever could. And through all the shifts and hard lessons, God has never stopped showing up.
He’s placed the right people in my life, women who uplift, speak life, and walk the same path of faith-fueled entrepreneurship.
I’ve learned something simple but powerful: Pouring into others doesn’t mean you don’t need to be poured into too. We all need people who see us. Who believe in the calling on our life even when we’re doubting it ourselves.
To the ones who have stood in my corner, you know who you are, thank you. And to anyone walking through a lonely season of growth: Find your people. The ones who want to see you win will never make you question your worth. If you don’t have anyone, I’ll be that someone for you. Message me and let’s grab coffee! ☕️
Here’s to the faith leaps. The closed doors. The quiet victories. And the right people who remind you you’re not in it alone. 💙
