David and Lee extracted from me the deepest dive I’ve ever given on my work philosophy, the importance of design, the true computer revolution (remote collaboration), and the spirit of adventure that runs through it all.

Speaking off the cuff is a great exercise in mispronunciations and wrong book titles. Transigental, anyone? 😂 that word should exist.

Too often, design projects are drawn out by endless meetings, reviews, and misalignment. Use accelerated work experiences during the design stage that focus on iteration and fast learning to end debate and remove blockers. Businesses work best when they offer products that promise efficiency and choice. Shouldn't design work the same way? It can with structure and excellent facilitation.

These diagrams were drawn from Bill Buxton's outstanding book, Sketching User Experiences: Getting the Design Right and the Right Design. A skilled workshop facilitator will formulate work with the right method at the right time.
