This home in Toledo was invaded by pigeons and bats. 🦇 The soffit and fascia was damaged due to the pigeons living in them which caused bats to gain access. We excluded the pigeons and bats with humane one way doors and bat valves. Our technicians at CR Wildlife Removal replaced the damaged soffit and fascia to get this home wildlife free again. 🏡

📅 We advise you call an expert before 10/15 when the fall bat exclusion restriction period begins. The fall and winter restricted period is put in place to protect hibernating bats, and it runs through April 1, 2025.

⭐ Why? Bats that exit structures when temperatures drop below freezing may die if they cannot return to the same hibernaculum or shelter due to an exclusion device.
