Our sales team contacts them, explains our services, provides pricing, follows up, and works to close the account. You get paid for bringing us the qualified lead that becomes a client.

We provide Uniformed Unarmed Security Guards, Mobile Surveillance Camera Systems, Fire Watch Services, Construction Labor & Cleanup, Day & Night Porters.

You can earn up to $2,500 per qualified account that you bring us, and it's per account/location, not just per company.

For example, if you connect us with a property management company that manages 10 properties and they eventually bring Rogue Force into 5 of those locations, those can potentially be 5 separate commissions, up to $12,500.

The same thing applies to construction companies. One contractor may have multiple projects throughout Arizona, and each qualifying project can represent another opportunity to earn a commission.

This is a 1099 indepenent contractor opportunity that can be done remotely, from home, or at one of our office locations in Arizona. You work on your own time, there are no set hours. Work a few hours here and there for extra income, or take it seriously and build a pipeline of leads.

With the right connections and consistent effort, there is potential to build this into a six-figure annual income opportunity.

CONSTRUCTION SITE FIRE PREVENTION TIP

With over 80% of our clientele in apartment construction and new home building, we have seen a lot over the years.

One example happened last year while Security Guard Schmitt was making his rounds at an active construction site. He smelled smoke and immediately investigated the area. During his patrol, he discovered that a construction flood light had been knocked over by heavy winds and had fallen onto a pile of framing wood.

The heat from the light was enough to cause the wood to begin smoking and catch fire. Thanks to Schmitt’s quick thinking, alertness, and immediate response, he was able to prevent what could have become a much more serious situation on the jobsite.

It is guards like him, along with the training they receive from our management team, that have kept the Rogue Force name strong and growing for over 25 years.

We train our guards to identify hazards and risks that many security companies do not even know to look for on jobsites.

ALERT FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES:
