Hi friends, I’m back! After some time away to focus on my family, I’m excited to return to my work as a postpartum doula. I have two beautiful kiddos now and I am so thankful that I was able to take a few years off to focus on them for a bit. I started back at work in July with a repeat client and it was the perfect way to jump right in!

I’ve missed connecting with all of you and supporting families during such an important time. It’s truly a joy to witness the love and growth that happens in those first few months. I can’t wait to celebrate every little moment and offer guidance, care, and a listening ear.

Thank you all for your support during my time off. Here’s to new beginnings and the incredible journey ahead!

Remember how a few months ago I posted that I would try be more active on here? HA! Motherhood has its way of tricking you and taking over every ounce of energy you have. And then p**f, 4 months have gone by and you haven’t even opened your business accounts (oops).
Babies are all consuming no matter the age. I have been lucky enough to be at home with Thea since she was born, but my business has definitely taken the back burner for the past 9 months (holy crap I have a 9month old?!).
As of now my plan is to slowly start working again in a few months. I can’t help it, I miss it too much. I feel called to this work and now I feel I have a whole new perspective on it after living (and still living) my own postpartum journey.
So let’s try this again shall we?

It’s been forever since I’ve posted on here, and I apologize for that. About a year ago I found out I was pregnant with my very own rainbow baby! Social media took a back burner as I navigated pregnancy and work all in the midst of a global pandemic. In April I welcomed my daughter, Thea Jane, after a long and high risk pregnancy.
Now I find myself struggling to navigate through my own postpartum journey all while still in the midst of a global pandemic. I am hoping to post here more often and become more active on social media again. I miss the birth and postpartum community and I’m excited to dive back in. Thank you for being patient with me!
