Had to burn up some weekends to fit this one in.

What was supposed to be just a septic installation turned into much more after issues with this retirement home rehab.

We took over where the other guy left it.

Cleaned and cleared the property. Removed what was left of the old house.
Conducted our own survey/design and lay-out to assist the original surveyor with our GPS instruments.

Moved a couple thousand yards to give this homeowner a walk out basement with their new foundation.
Changed the entire topography of the property for a significantly more usable space.

We will be back for the water service and septic system later this fall.

We are looking to add to our team for the winter season. We specialize in sidewalks.
Plowing and salting evolutions 24/7.
Lots of hours as they are the most important part of any snow removal contract. You will be expected to be available for any inclement weather.

We believe in equipment efficiency so our people can work comfortably in a heated well equipped machine and get the job done right. This is to also reduce shoveling.

Pay starts at $35 hr for operators
$50 hr for any self employed contractors looking to stay busy in the winter.

Valid hoisting license is preferred but not required for all types of equipment we use.

Two new septic systems replaced within half a mile of each other in Wrentham the past 3 weeks. Both included new tanks as well.

Another in the books this summer. 3rd in Foxboro this year. We will be back in the fall for the septic system replacement, drainage, driveway and landscaping. All foundation lay out done by us using our GPS construction instruments for project accuracy.

Old house demolition
Lot stripped of top soil
Foundation excavation and install
Backfill of a few thousand yards of fill
Large built to last septic system with a 700T sand import.
Drainage system
Boulder walls, final grading, assisted with masonry construction and lawn installation.
