Hi everyone!

Movement with Angie has been going so great. I’m grateful for all the new students who come and for those that keep showing up week after week 🙏

I’ve been loving our gazebo yoga shala — it allows us to practice rain or shine and creates such a nice atmosphere. I prefer teaching in a circular set up and this space has lent itself beautifully for that.

As the summer is winding down and it begins to get darker sooner, I’ve decided to move Movement with Angie just an hour earlier. It will now be offered from 6-7pm to avoid it getting too dark and buggy out.

I can’t wait to see you all TOMORROW from 6-7pm outside the Holden Senior Center 🪷🧘🏼‍♀️

This will only be offered for a few more weeks so make sure to come out and try it at least once 💛
