They typically have built you up to their boss. They typically want to see you succeed.

But can they, themselves, say YES?🤔 It's tricky business but it's a question you have to ask yourself when evaluating each of your decision makers.🤔

Prior to sitting down for a deal review or a pre-call plan with your rep, try mapping out:
⚡ What's the purpose of this convo?
⚡ At the end of this coaching session, what outcome(s) are we hoping for?
⚡ Give them permission to speak freely, ask questions
⚡ Get permission (as the coach) to ask questions

➡️Don't just interview the resume. It won't give you the whole picture.

➡️It's easy for people to share past experiences, what they've done, what they CAN do. But what about what they WILL do?

📍Avoid this mistake by building a SEARCH model and ask questions based on that. You've guessed it, it's an acroynm:

‼️Skills, Experience, Attitudes, Results, Cognitive Skills, Habits.
