**Path to Paratus Update**

Alright everyone, We've had to change the way we process orders be be able to fit within the UDC's guidelines and most importantly to protect your PII. We are again able to process orders, but the steps on exactly how that transaction takes place have changed, so please be sure to read those before submitting any online orders.

ODUpro is currently experiencing issues with procurement and is unable to process new orders at this time.

We are working to resolve the issue and get back up and running ASAP and will keep everyone posted as the situation develops.

Our first week in business has been a huge success! After getting our basic production lines all... ironed out... we are ready to start scaling our service up to full capacity.

Thanks everyone for your support through our opening days!

We have gotten a handful of inquiries about when we will leave the Beta stage and move to nationwide shipping. Unfortunately, We don't have a hard date down yet. Being in the early stage of this roll-out, We are making it our priority to keep everyone up to speed with our development so you will know as soon as we are ready to service your area.

During this stage of our deployment, ODU pro is currently capable of processing orders of any size ranging from Baltimore MD to Portsmouth VA.

Additionally, if you can coordinate orders totaling 10 or more uniforms among members in a single unit, we are now capable of filling those orders nation wide.

The ODU Pro Process:

Step 1: You fill out all of the Service Member information, UDC procurement, and tailoring service questions on our web storefront. Then conduct checkout through our Paypal web kiosk.

Step 2: We email you a pre-filled UDC procurement form complete with your info and all of the items you requested in step 1. (The Shipping address on this form will be listed as our facility instead of the one you listed)

Step 3: Forward the Procurement form in an Email to [email protected].

Step 4: UDC sends us your uniform materials so we can begin tailoring

Step 5: ODU Pro either hand delivers your uniforms to you or processes them for shipment to your door. (Depending on the address you listed in step 1)
