MANUFACTURING DAY 2026

Its not what we make; it’s who makes it possible

As we celebrate Manufacturing Day on October 2, CTM is proud to recognize the talented people who are building the future of American manufacturing right here in Central New York.

One of those people is Landon Malanoski, Manufacturing Engineering Technician at CTM, who was recently honored with MACNY’s 2026 Talent Development Award.

Landon’s hard work and dedication to developing his skills earned recognition from MACNY, as well as Certificates of Recognition from New York State Senators Mark Walczyk and Christopher Ryan.

His achievement represents exactly what Manufacturing Day is all about: creating opportunities, developing skilled people, and building the next generation of American manufacturing.

“Manufacturing Day is an opportunity to celebrate the people who make our industry strong and to highlight the many opportunities available to build a rewarding career in manufacturing. Landon is a great example of the talent and dedication that we see throughout Central New York’s manufacturing community. His commitment to developing his skills and growing in his career reflects the people who are helping shape the future of our industry. We are proud to celebrate Landon and the many individuals who are building the next generation of manufacturing in New York,” said Samantha Wessing, Senior Workforce Development Specialist, pictured above with Landon.

CONGRATULATIONS EMIN!

Congratulations to CTM’s High School intern Emin Besirevic on graduating as Valedictorian of the Frankfort-Schuyler High School Class of 2026!

Emin’s dedication, work ethic, and commitment to excellence were evident during his time with CTM, and we’re proud to
have been a small part of his journey.

As he heads to Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) to study engineering, we know he’s destined for great things.

This Memorial Day, all of us at CTM pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, dedication, and selflessness built the freedoms we enjoy every day and the freedoms that allow American businesses, workers, innovators, and manufacturers to continue building and creating for the future.
