Primary Duties: Customer Facing - the key interface between service customers and shop technicians. Basic understanding of marine mechanical details - listening to customer descriptions of boat problems, and communicating technician’s diagnoses and repair estimates with customers; writing service/repair orders and assembling final bill/invoices.
