Another porch wrapped up! 🔨🏠

From bare ground to a finished concrete porch, this one was built from the ground up. Footings excavated and poured, block foundation installed, backfilled and compacted, reinforced concrete slab poured and finished, and new concrete steps added to tie everything together.

A solid foundation, clean finish, and a porch built to last.

Another project completed! ✅

These new apartments needed a drainage solution that would protect the foundation and help keep water moving where it belongs. We installed a French drain system around both buildings to help prevent water intrusion, reduce standing water, and improve long-term drainage around the property.

Proper drainage is one of those things you hope you never have to think about after it’s installed. That’s exactly how it should be.

🚧 Commercial Building Restoration Complete 🚧

After a vehicle impact caused significant damage to this exterior block wall, our team was brought in to restore the structure.

The damaged wall was carefully demolished and removed before being rebuilt with new. We also replaced the damaged exterior door system, restoring the building’s appearance, security, and structural integrity.

Another project completed safely and professionally from demolition through final installation.
