During , we recognize Safety Day and the importance of protecting EMS professionals, patients, and the communities they serve. From roadway safety and situational awareness to proper lifting techniques and equipment maintenance, safety is at the core of every response. Today also serves as a reminder to prioritize stress reduction, self-care, and mental health awareness for the dedicated men and women of EMS.
