Hey hey! Ally with Blackjack Trading Post posting guerilla-style to wish Mr. Kepley the happiest birthday ever! (He's going to say, "Ally, call me Rick...." and I'm going to say, "Yes, sir." Then he's going to say, "Don't call me sir!" It's kind of our schtick).

Anybody who knows em knows he's hardworking, kind, fair, honest and a all-around good feller. Can't wait until the new ring is up and running! Also can't wait to see what goodies his wife, Miss Amy, will be bringing us on auction days. We miss her brownies!

Happy birthday to this barker. He took me under the arm of his Carhartt and helped me wrap my head around actually being an auctioneer. When he thinks I'm making a mistake, he is frank, gentle and honest when he suggests that I change approach or behavior.

He works hard. I mean sun up to sun down, he's working. He's always looking to improve, upgrade, think outside the box with his business. He pivots and adjusts, and he makes it look effortless. I appreciate and respect this man. Happy birthday, Mr. Kepley!

Now if either one of us could learn to keep up with our phones or our reading glasses, we will rule the 🌎.

We are making some improvements hoping to reopen when Covid levels drop below levels when we closed or vaccines released and everything goes back to normal. Hopefully will be finished with improvements.

R. Kepley Auctions LLC is not open yet at the sale barn on Exit 6 in Franklin. We need to hire some help to do simple carpentry, painting and someone that’s good with concrete.

I'm still not sure when sale barn will be opening. We need to get some work done on it. We will be opened prior to last of July.

The Franklin Livestock Market will remain closed. We are being paid unemployment by the Government to do so. I'll try to find out next week how long this will go on. We aren't in a rush to reopen because things are worse with covid 19 than the day we closed!
