The forecast this week is gorgeous - it's the perfect time to head out to the farm and taste what we've got going on. Can't make it out to Franklin? No problem - you can find us in a variety of local spots (that clearly have exceptional taste in cider).

Check us out at Josie's Country Store & Café, Blue Hill Wine Shop, Blue Hill Co-op, Global Beverage Warehouse, and Zeppa's Pizza. Not in the area? You can check us out at Craft Curbside in Gray, .Portland in Portland, and hangin' with our good friends at Absolem Cider in Winthrop.

The crew here at Honey in That Rock pause today to recognize Indigenous People’s day – to celebrate indigenous history, and to acknowledge the atrocities of colonization. We acknowledge that our farm, orchards, and tasting room are located on unceded land of the Wabanaki Confederacy and the Penobscot Nation, forcibly taken. Please make space in your day to support indigenous makers, creators, activists, and archivists.

And today, and always - from the bottom of our mostly Italian hearts, f**k Christopher Columbus.

We are so honored to be mentioned in this article from Cider Culture as a cidery to discover. Good things are happenin’ over here in Franklin. Stop by our tasting room to try some of the funky stuff. We’re open every day, 12-6…ish. 🍎

These sheep have the right idea. Let’s put this week to bed - it’s time for the weekend (Friday is a part of the weekend, don’t argue, we’re scientists).

🌄: We’re open all weekend long from 12-6. Come get ya some cider, sip on some wine, breathe the freshest damn air there is. Everything is available in a tasting or by the glass and the conversation is totally free.

🍷: you’ve heard of glu glu, but have you had that blu blu? Take a little bit of Maine blueberry, mix it with foraged apples, add in a super responsible dog with an impeccable sense of direction, and then make it bubble - now wait a week (because that’s about when it’ll be ready).

Now that that’s out of the way, cheers to the weekend. 🥂

The very goodest of boys overseeing the pressing of just shy of ton of blueberries. Catch him before he gets his promotion to international supermodel and brand ambassadog - the fame’ll probably go to his head, he’ll pack the car and hit the road for LA, and he’ll leave us in the rear view. But for now, his quiet oversight continues. 🐾
