🚨 BIG NEWS FOR U-LAUNCH: IT & THE FUTURE OF VA CHILDCARE WORKFORCE 🚨

U-LAUNCH: Childhood Development Homes is now officially approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as an On-the-Job Training (OJT) & Registered Apprenticeship provider.

✔️ Approved through the State Approving Agency (SAA)
✔️ Effective December 2, 2025
✔️ Official VA Facility Code: 3-0-5114-46

What does this mean?

It means Veterans can now use their GI Bill benefits to become Childcare Educator Operators through our system.

This isn’t just training.
This is ownership + workforce + childcare supply—built together.

We are:
✔️ Expanding access to affordable childcare
✔️ Building a workforce pipeline through Registered Apprenticeship
✔️ Creating home-based business owners across Virginia
✔️ Positioning childcare as infrastructure—not babysitting
