Javier has enjoyed a highly diverse career spanning over two decades in
leadership positions across the corporate world. Growing up in La Jolla, California, he relocated to Los Angeles to work in public relations, marketing, and sales with a specialty in international licensing of intellectual property. Traveling at the onset of his career, Javier established strong relationsh

ips with a globally varied set of clients he retains today. Javier later became president of a Hollywood literary agency and led licensing and property distribution into over 50 countries. Through several subsequent C-Level positions he forged strategic alliances with some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Apple™, eBay™, IBM™, Bertlesmann™ (AG), Random House™, Aldo™ and more. During his years in publishing, Javier is credited with creating marketing and sales campaigns that launched half a dozen titles onto the New York Times Bestsellers List. Javier currently lives with his family in Oregon.

Ruiz Partners Inc was originally incorporated in California. It's interesting that 9,000 business have left California due to it's hostile business climate. We've seen so many more businesses leaving big and small.
